THE ADVENTURE

A bubbly mystery and ten spiders to find.

Join Ivan and Toby the Leopard for a spooky-but-friendly Halloween adventure. The episode description introduces a pumpkin that fizzes and bubbles, an adult-led baking soda and vinegar demonstration, and a spider hunt with counting from 1 to 10. Children can watch, guess, name colors and count along with a grown-up.

Watch, notice, count together

  • Before the bubbles appear, ask: “What do you think will happen?”
  • Name a color and describe what changes: fizzing, bubbling or overflowing.
  • Count the spiders together, pointing to each one once. Pause or replay when your child wants more time.

These are optional conversation prompts, not a transcript or an assessment. At home or in a preschool or kindergarten setting, follow each child’s pace.
